There are maybe three types of binge eaters. The ordinary person binges now and again when they see something nice but doesn’t really want to eat. Then there is the person who is overweight and does without food for some time and then she/he can start to eat and eat on and on. Then there are the bulimic cases who vomit after eating and get so excessively hungry that they start to eat and lose control of themselves. This may have started when you were a child and it is important that the earlier message can be reached and corrected. Deep Relaxation is probably the best way of reversing an earlier message and allowing positive thoughts to sink deeply into the mind.

Each recording should be played when you are sitting comfortably, somewhere free from any chance of disturbance. If you fall asleep while it is playing, you should start again, preferably sitting up. We recommend that you practise Deep Relaxation once or twice each day until you achieve a feeling of release. The recording should then be put aside for future use as a ‘booster’ if and when required.
