We could be happy, families could be happy, there would be no more strikes, wars would cease if we knew how to relax and did so. This recording shows you how. If we relax fully, pain can vanish completely.
We can free ourselves from psychological problems like headaches. There are many things in life which we must control, such as drugs, alcohol abuse and anger to name but a few. When we relax we get clarity, and when we get clarity we are rational and therefore capable of sorting out problems. The sense of being in control of our lives returns and we become happier. The second half of this Recording shows you how to be free of perfectionism.
A lot of us are perfectionists in one way or another, but we don’t realise it until we become free. This new sense of freedom brings great relief for both ourselves and those around us. Play this recording again and again until you feel relaxed and happy. Deep Relaxation is probably the best way of reversing an earlier message and allowing positive thoughts to sink deeply into the mind.
How To Practise Relaxation & Control Perfectionism
IT IS INADVISABLE TO PLAY THIS RECORDING WHILE DRIVING, OPERATING MACHINERY OR EQUIPMENT OF ANY KIND OR WHILE ENGAGED IN ANY OTHER POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY.
Each recording should be played when you are sitting comfortably, somewhere free from any chance of disturbance. If you fall asleep while it is playing, you should start again, preferably sitting up. We recommend that you practise Deep Relaxation once or twice each day until you achieve a feeling of release. The recording should then be put aside for future use as a ‘booster’ if and when required.
